DAYTIME “EESTI” STAGE, 14:30-15:15

The initial idea of Talamak formed in autumn 2009, when guitarists Karl Petti and Argo Vals, who had been playing together in a band, could no longer get together for rehearsals, as Petti moved to the Netherlands. They continued to exchange musical ideas over the internet. A year later, they met Magnus Morel, a musical soul mate. Petti, Vals and Morel combined their ideas and moods, and now create mainly instrumental music which blends technical prog-rock, foggy psychedelic and inventive pop melodies. This spring, Eesti Pops released the first online single by Argo Vals, Hallitussilmad/Oktoober (The Moulding Eyes / October), which was warmly welcomed. Eesti Pops Festival will be the first real live for this brand new band.
